Our goal is to provide you with optimal care based on your individual needs. That said, at the time of your initial visit, your treatment plan will be determined, and an estimate of fees will be given to you. You can choose to pay by cash, check, or major credit card, or you can avail yourself of the services of CareCredit, a lending company, a division of GE Consumer Finance.

INSURANCE

If you have insurance and would like our office to file your insurance, we would be happy to do so as a courtesy to you. That said, we will need your insurance information on the day of service. If this information is not provided, we will assume you have no insurance coverage and you should be prepared to pay your balance in full. (Your COPAY/PERCENTAGE and DEDUCTIBLE will need to be paid at the time services are rendered).

We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

(After insurance reimburses the Kentucky Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for the services rendered to the patient, any remaining balance should be paid within 30 days. If an account remains unpaid for over 30 days, there will be a finance charge of 1.5%. If your account remains unpaid for over 60 days, it will be turned over to a collection agency unless other arrangements have been made.)

Very friendly staff. Dr Menegotto and Ashley are a wonderful team. Not only were they kind to me, their professional interactions were very respectful. Procedure was only slightly painful (numbing shots) and not uncomfortable at all. Very minimal pain in the days following. Happy with this office and would recommend.

Thanks to Kentucky center for Oral surgery and Dr.Nichol. As someone who has always been afraid of dentist. Dr Nickol and associates made me feel great and talked me through every procedure. And after every appointment I received a call from the nurses making sure I was ok. It may not mean much to some , but it made me feel like they cared about there patients. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kelsey Menegotto and her team. They all did a wonderful job and I have been healing up just fine with no major issues. Everyone was very kind and professional, and the office was very clean. I would definitely recommend them and will return if I have any issues in the future.
